Blog 4: Travel to the past or the future.


In my case I would like to travel to the past than the future. Sure the future is intriguing and would be fasinating to see what hasn't happend yet, I more incline to the past due to the posibility to see my relatives from that era. Maybe my Back to the future fan inside of me is talking here but it would be so interesting to see my parents back when they meet or when they start dating. But the people who I would really like to see are my great great family relatives; months ago I realized that we don't have any colective memory from any of my grand parents expect that my grandpa's grandpa from my father side of the family is german, so it would be nice know who were those people and conserved their history.

Besides visiting where my family lived, I would like to visit historic moment from the pop culture: like the first Nintendo console released outside out Japan, or maybe go to the theather to see Star Wars when it was released: I'm not a Star Wars fan but is undenieable the impact to the cinema and pop culture world, so it would be nice to see the reaction of iconic scenes with a fresh crowd. I would also like to visit a theme park that existed in Chile called "Mundo Mágico" where one of the main atractions was a mini recreation of Santiago's more iconic places.

Even thought I love the idea of visiting the past and seen the world in another time, I don't know if I would live there: I know this isn't the most promising time for the future and in some aspects the past was better, but the thing we have in the present like my family, friends or mundane things like cellphones, the amount of content we have available and a lot of more thing that we have now that makes the decision easier for me to stay on the present.

  My Only Holiday Trip In my family we don't really go outside for holidays, we usually just stay in home and celebrate them in there. But this winter breack, after years and years of telling us, we finally went to a snowy place to stay for a few days (one of my big brother wish trip). My dad, my mom, my older brother Nacho, my younger brother Domingo and I travelled the first weekend of the winter breack on a Friday, where we went from Melipilla to El Colorado: a ski station on the cordilllera where you can do (of course) ski and snow board mainly. There are also a variety of restaurants, hotels, and places where you can lease equipment.  Blog 3: What job I would like to do? Throught my life I have thought of doing a lot of job in the future like animator, writter, creator of cartoons, camera director, etc. But there's one that mix all of this jobs into one, and that's a storyboard artist. A storyboard artist recreates scenes described on a script with drawing of the characters, the surroindings and everything crusial on the scene so the director and camera director can picture how the scene would play of a movie or a series, whether is animated of not. My main reason of why I would like to do this job is because I love telling stories specially with drawings and considering that this roll is mainly making doodles to represent a scene I think it would be a nice fit for me.
